Toyama University of International Studies opened its door for the first time in the year 1990 at the city of  Toyama with the core objectives of providing quality education on the international culture, people, language and so on which is helpful  for all the students to know the world more closely. It consists of two other campuses like: Higashi-kuromaki Campus and Kureha Campus which are expanding its services more rapidly.
